Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. Having looked into your order I can see there was a delay in receiving your shoes with DPD. I have gone through our email trail and I feel the customer service you received was exceptional, we replied to every email looking to resolve the situation as efficiently as possible. You said you paid for special delivery, and wanted compensation for this. Again, I looked into your order and this was on a FREE next day service. As a gesture of goodwill we refunded what would have been the postage costs immediately.

She was absolutely brilliant and I received my shoes the next day. Slightly different style than I originally than I originally ordered but received a discount. Couldn't be happier with the service and will be using Clarkes Golf again in the near future.”
