Good morning Thank you for your review,I have looked into your order and i can see that you purchased a £10 gift card and also some balls worth £38 for no cost at all. We called you say this was an error with the website and we were unable to send the balls out for zero cost. We did however refund you £3.95 as you were charged postage. I am sorry you felt judged this was not our intention at all. Kind Regards Golf Shoes
