“On On pictures, clothes look good, but I think you guys should consider offering free returns like ASOS, Zalando, and other shops do. Currently, when we have to send back items, we have to pay for the return shipping. This should be improved.”

“Overall the quality of the clothes is good, the style is updated and you can grab yourself a good bargain in the sales. However, they should really update their website with their delivery information as it is false, they state 3-5 working days in which I didn't even recieve an email updating me of the stages my parcel was going through I had to contact them. My parcel arrived after 12 days of purchase which is very bad considering they didn't communicate with me once.”

“Great clothes esp the tracksuits which are perfect fits. Only issue I had was the large shirts I ordered were not large. They were really medium and tight. I had to stretch them slightly to fit in to them.”

“Got my grey top and short. I usually fit into a medium but yours was too small so i decided to buy a large and it was small as well. I then decided to check the two and realized there wasn’t any difference between the two . I love everything about the brand except i was dissapointed with the size issue. I have spent almost £75 😢😢. I still recommend this as my own issues do not make the brand any less attractive . The shorts are perfect size though”

“The goods are of a good quality. I had troubles with shipping fares that they declared free instead I have to pay 12 euros, plus they declare that custom tax is free under 150 euro, while I had to pay 33 euros. All these taxes made the shopping not convenient for an EU citizen.”
