“I bought a hoodie back in November 2024 and I have yet to receive it. I have sent numerous emails asking about it and after those 8 emails I have had one person finally respond back in to me in Jan and still never received my hoodie or got anything accomplished!! Now 4 months later and you have now scammed me out of money! Customer service has been absolutely horrible!”

“I ordered from Gods Plan on the 2nd of December 2023 for a Christmas gift… it is now the end of February 2024 and I have not received my parcel or any updates on why I haven’t or where it is. I have emailed Gods Plan in 4 separate occasions and I have been ignored. If I could give this clothing brand no stars I would. So upset that I spent around £50 and not even allowed a refund for a parcel I never received as they refuse to reply to me.”

“I made 2 orders and neither of them arrived. Especially annoyed with the first one. Communication from both you guys and Royal Mail were abysmal. Nearly a month now of confusion could've easily been sorted if you just corrected the address I've advised to the both of you 5+ times but no it's been sent back and forth amongst yourselves. Both items have been sat at delivery centers for a week now. I'm still waiting for my refunds.”

“Ordered a tracksuit. Arrived in a decent time frame. Was good quality but unfortunately was too big for me. I logged the returned 30th April and shipped back the same day at my own cost. A month later, still no refund. Tried emailing no response. Customer service seems to be non existent”

“Awful communication!!! I had been trying to find out about exchanging. I emailed twice with no response and it was getting close to the 14 day mark so I returned it over a week ago now- finally got a response saying they would exchange it- I was told the emails got ‘lost’ yet, strange that I got an email after I sent a £100 tracksuit back with a letter asking for a refund… still yet to receive further response and the refund! Not happy at all.”
