“Love product. Jumper is very good quality and super comfy. Returns are terrible. I returned two jumpers as they were too big. Not only did it take over 4 weeks, I got no response via Instagram messages or the 2 emails that I sent to ask about whether the returned items had been received. Then to find out that they do not offer a full refund on any items that are not full priced. Especially when they throw discount codes at you on every click… almost feels like a trap rather than a good will gesture!”

“Er stond dat je bij 50£ gratis verzending zou hebben. Ik heb daarom extra kleding besteld. Vervolgens moest ik alsnog de shipping costs betalen omdat buiten Europa het blijkbaar vanaf 100£ is. Dit is gewoon onduidelijk en hierdoor heb ik extra geld uitgegeven voor niks”
