“We approached Gilt Edged Promotions with a fairly last minute request which was picked up by Kyra. She was fabulous: super-efficient, friendly, pro-active and very professional. She received our enquiry, gave suggestions and organised the order, resulting in a promotional item that looks great and was well-received at our trade show. She even managed to get the order produced before the delivery date! I know others were involved in the order and design, but as our contact point, I can't fault Kyra's service. It's so refreshing to have a dedicated contact who takes the initiative and responsibility. Thanks Kyra.”

“I needed some branded notebooks and pens with a short lead time. Magda was straight onto it, with regular communication to ensure I got my products in the correct timeframe. She even organised a re-draw of my logo which was in the incorrect format. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you”

“Gilt Edged have recently provided us with some branded workwear, and the service we received from Magda was excellent. Magda made the whole process as easy as possible, from the initial point of choosing what t-shirts / sweatshirts to go for, she offered suggestions, and sent us various samples so that we could check the quality and sizing. Then after receiving the first proof sample of our embroided logo, we were unsure whether it would look right on the clothing, Magda made some modified logo designs and made sure we were comfotable before proceeding with the full order. The order was then completed in a very short lead time and delivered promptly. Based on our experiance we would definitley recommend Gilt Edged Promotions.”

“We have recently purchased some branded umbrellas from Gilt Edged, they are just fab! Decent quality and look great. From start to end, Kyra's customer service has been second to none, from following up promptly to our enquiry and each week until we placed the order. We had a mishap with the initial order however Kyra quickly rectified this, couldn't be more apologetic and did everything she could to ensure the order was delivered only a week late and upgraded our umbrellas free of charge. Communication is key!! Prior to ordering, Kyra sent a box of branded freebies out to us, some of which included a thermo flask, steel water bottle, pens, pads and even a keyring torch! We would highly recommend Gilt Edged and will definitely be ordering more branded items in the near future. Thank You.”
