“Gilted Edged are our go-to supplier for promotional merchandise. I found Nick particularly helpful in recommending products when we weren't quite sure what we should opt for and for getting quotes back to us promptly. They stock a range as big as any other online retailer I've found and often beat them on price so what's not to love :)”

“I used this service to create personalised hoodies for members of a society I help run, the products were great and arrived very fast. I would like to give a particular nod to Tina Hayes, who helped me with my enquiry and sorted everything out for me, she was extremely helpful, replies were prompt and informative and she even highlighted beneficial edits I could make to my order. Above all, she was very patient and responsive even though it took me months to sort out.”

“We have used Gilt Edged for many years. Their service is always exemplary! We needed various pieces of clothing embroidered for our Regional Final and hooded tops produced for the team. Nick, Magda and their wonderful team managed to turn it around in two weeks! Highly recommend their business and all at a very reasonable price, you could not ask for a better company!! Thank you!!”

“Today 7/12/22 I enquired about a diary, delivery delayed due to the post strikes, and seemingly lost in the void. I got through straight away- no pressing buttons! The lady I spoke to should give a Masterclass in Customer Service. My query was professionally and speedily dealt with to my complete satisfaction. Excellent product, excellent service!”

Even though our Account Manager is on maternity leave at the moment, we have received excellent service from Jake who is managing our account in her absence and he has remained in contact with me throughout the ordering process. “We made a small branded workwear order from Gilt Edged after receiving many quotes from other local like minded business'. Not only were Gilt Edged the cheapest, the quality of there products are fantastic. With not too much experience in ordering workwear for different shapes and sizes, nothing was too much trouble and Chloe in particular advised and guided throughout our experience. With a few changes along the way, nothing was to much trouble for Chloe and made the whole ordering experience seamless. I would 100% recommend Gilt Edged to any of my connections and we will be ordering from here again in the near future.”

Our account manager, Tina, has always gone above and beyond to source the perfect promotional items for our marketing campaigns whilst offering competitive prices. Whatsmore Tina has always been honest with us and if their have been any delays or issues with our orders (not something that happens often) she's always worked with us to find a solution. I'm always confident approaching Tina and the team for repeat orders or new ideas :)”
