“I have used the garden light shop frequently over the years & i have two Techmar systems in my Garden. Just added a spotlight & replaced a Linea string with a later all weather version. Usual good support & fantastically quick delivery. Will continue to use.”

“As a near to retirement landscaper I've now found the time to tackle our garden ( Cobblers childrens shoes and all that jazz!). I've, obviously, being sourcing materials and items to get this project moving along. Having just had two quite bizarre and unprofessional experiences with two companies ( I am in the process of trying to get my money back) I am delighted to report that Garden Light Shops service has been impeccable, from order to completion of delivery ( which was very prompt). I don't understand why a company advertises a service and then completely fails in communication or order execution - from my experience you can be assured Garden Light Shop has it nailed and I'd rate them as excellent.”

“Excellent service. Been using this company for a while now purchasing for customers and recommending too. Any issues I’ve had with equipment have been sorted immediately and postage pretty much next day. You can buy cheaper garden lights but in my 46 years experience these are by far the best and last the test of time.”

Hi Mr Slater Sorry you are not happy that you have not received your order. It was posted (as per your instructions) on Monday 12th August via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. I have got onto Royal Mail and they are saying it was delivered, 2 days later on the 14th August. I will email you the proof of delivery. Please let me know. Nigel Garden Light Shop Team

“Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Bought a new transformer and was advised about the likely problem with the old one, which turned out to be exactly right. Took advice on size of replacement which meant I purchased a smaller one than I had previously due to low number of pillar lights. All working briliantly. Also purchased an additional Luxor pillar light and again needed advice about slight change of design to the plug which I was able to rectify. Great service and great lighting system.”

“Products were great, well manufactured and easily fitted. My only concern is that it wasn't clear to me how to join two lengths of SP2 cable. It appeared that a male connector was needed but the two cables had a male connector at one end and so i needed to by an extra female connector which cost extra postage. it may well be my misunderstanding but a clearer explanation of the parts required would be helpful. Overall though very happy with my purchase.”

We are the cheapest in the UK for all Techmar products and as we purchase from them directly from Holland we are able to offer a full warranty on their products. We don't make any money on the different types of carriage that we charge, and offer a Royal mail option to our clients as it is cheaper than using DPD for smaller parcels and replacement LEDS.
