About Garden Light Shop:

Lighting Gardens is what we do and have been for over 12 years. We have been partnered with Techmar for all of this time and are proud to say that we are their No1 UK distributor. We stock all their lines, including spares here in the UK for fast next working day delivery.
Over this time we have really pushed hard to provide a very high level of service to our clients on every enquiry and order. We are not just another faceless online retailer, but can be contacted by telephone or email with very fast response times. We are not happy until our clients are.
We are a small but growing company and really value all feedback we receive from clients, it helps us identify any areas that we can sharpen up on.

“My lights were flashing or lit faintly. I asked for likely causes. Advice received was reasonable, but the fault was something else. I’d cut off the 3 pin plug and taken the mains supply from the base of a standard lamp. It turned out a connection there must have been a bit loose.”

“Really easy to put together and look excellent. A lot better than solar lights. Added the light sensor to the circuit so automatically come on a dusk. Great addition to the garden.”

“After lots of research I chose GardenLight shop and Techmar Smart lights. I wanted quality, flexibility, expandability,, one transformer, replaceable bulbs and a good price .... I wanted it all ! Planned my initial cabling and lights using the website, ordered all the necessary bits. Everything arrived next day, the lighting plan worked. Setup the smart lights in the app with an evening and overnight schedules. Plugged transformer into Amazon smart plug. I am very happy with the end result and the whole customer experience. Neighbour messaged me to say you must be pleased it looks amazing I highly recommend GardenLight shop”

“Good product and service. Generally, very pleased. My only slight beef is with the quality of the 60w transformer. In my experience, they only last about 3 years which seems a rapid failure rate.”

Hi Mr Hammond Thank you for the great review. Sorry you are having problems with the 60w transformer, we get very few issues with it and overall the failure rate is very low. Let me know if you experience any more issues and we can see what we can resolve as sometimes there is something within the system that causes the transformer to fail. Thank you once again.
