About Garden Light Shop:

Lighting Gardens is what we do and have been for over 12 years. We have been partnered with Techmar for all of this time and are proud to say that we are their No1 UK distributor. We stock all their lines, including spares here in the UK for fast next working day delivery.
Over this time we have really pushed hard to provide a very high level of service to our clients on every enquiry and order. We are not just another faceless online retailer, but can be contacted by telephone or email with very fast response times. We are not happy until our clients are.
We are a small but growing company and really value all feedback we receive from clients, it helps us identify any areas that we can sharpen up on.

“My outdoor light are old . The out door electrical socket had failed . New one fitted then found out the old transformer had also failed . So fitted the new one supplied all working well.”

“I have used these lights before in my rear garden amd have had noe problem and I love them. They have been in use for a number of years and they work well, so I had no problem in using them for a very small project in my front garden to light up entrance path. However, this time I had a small problem with one of the lights not working due to a poor cable conncection which I managed to find and fix. Now they are working well and I'm pleased again and keeping my Fingers crossed. Hence the 4 star rating instead of five. I have also contacted Garden Light Shop in the past hence I'm able to make a review on their support.”

“Quick delivery & easy to assemble / install bar attaching the plastic ground spike into the lamp base. Took a lot more force to engage than felt right. Had to go on line to find out how when instruction could have been on the box. Overall very pleased.”

“Good product and service. Generally, very pleased. My only slight beef is with the quality of the 60w transformer. In my experience, they only last about 3 years which seems a rapid failure rate.”

Hi Mr Hammond Thank you for the great review. Sorry you are having problems with the 60w transformer, we get very few issues with it and overall the failure rate is very low. Let me know if you experience any more issues and we can see what we can resolve as sometimes there is something within the system that causes the transformer to fail. Thank you once again. “I purchased 16 Rumex lamps for pathside lighting in 2016 and they are still look like new 8 years later. Great help with the original design, as there is over 80m of cabling, and great service with replacement bulbs for the lamps. I have added small spotlights to light up the patio from the trees and upgraded the transformer to the Techmar 12V 150w version to cope with the extra load. Only challenge is recent heavy rain storms caused the transformer to fail, so needed to be replaced and relocated to a more sheltered area. Great products for a DIY garden project!”

“The lights are brilliant. The communication from DHL was not,there were plenty of messages but it wasn't clear where the origin of the product was coming from IE garden light shop, so I marked them as spam due to the many scams. In the event they got here fine with a small amount of damage to the box despite you marking them fragile, still happy with the product thanks Andrew.”

“Cheers fast delivery they seem better than Han the last type I got as their is a seal around the box helping with waterproof the last type I brought even though ip44 rated water got in around the join in the box so I think these are well better madei used my own lights I had left over from my truck project and found these lamp type fittings at the river fest and fitted 12dv led lights in to turn them in to lamps for the gazebo always good to come up with your own designs”
