Lighting Gardens is what we do and have been for over 12 years. We have been partnered with Techmar for all of this time and are proud to say that we are their No1 UK distributor. We stock all their lines, including spares here in the UK for fast next working day delivery.
Over this time we have really pushed hard to provide a very high level of service to our clients on every enquiry and order. We are not just another faceless online retailer, but can be contacted by telephone or email with very fast response times. We are not happy until our clients are.
We are a small but growing company and really value all feedback we receive from clients, it helps us identify any areas that we can sharpen up on.

Unable to install the light because the mounting spikes were missing. Because of the Christmas holidays, the replacements have yet to be sent.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your valuable feedback, Ian. We deeply apologize for the experience you had with Garden Light Shop - it's unacceptable that you were unable to install the light due to the missing mounting spikes. We understand that it's caused a hassle during this holiday season as the replacements have yet to be sent, due to our offices being shut for the Christmas period. We have now sent a set of spikes on a tracked Royal Mail service, so they will be with you very soon. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for taking time to let us know.
