“Very prompt delivery of my first order. A couple of items were damaged, which happens with a large order but they were replaced within 5 days. As I was doing the fence myself, plans changed and I discovered I had not ordered correctly and needed a new post. The delivery charge put me off ordering but in contacting Welch fencing they offered free delivery, as a delivery was being made near by. This was the next day. Great customer service. Very friendly member of staff. Would recommend them as a supplier.”

“Seems there are fewer top and bottom barers on reverse of panels compared my previous fencing panels from another supplyer, whether this is good thing time will tell. The saw used to cut the overlaps must of been blunt as there was so much that is really rough. Railing on top seemed a bit insecure, once again time will tell. No mention of timed guarantee!”
