“I had an exceptional experience ordering from Welch Fencing. I placed my order for fences online at 7am and called to ask about the delivery date/time. To my surprise, they gave me the option to have the order delivered the same day, before 12pm—perfect, since I had the day off work! As requested, the driver gave me a call ahead of time, which was much appreciated. When the driver arrived, I realized I had accidentally ordered the wrong size posts, not considering the base board. I spoke with the driver, who advised me to call Welch directly. After a quick chat, they arranged to keep the posts on the truck and exchange them for the correct size, all within the same day! I was blown away by this level of service. I couldn't recommend Welch enough. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and prompt service is outstanding. It's great to have such a reliable local company to rely on. Keep up the amazing work, Welch Fencing!”

“Used this company twice now. Delivered goods in a couple of days. Reasonable price and good quality fencing. Wa a bit disappointed that the driver couldn’t put the panels where my elderly mother asked him to (it was only a matter of a length of a small garden to be nearer her house) but the goods etc were great”
