“Easy ordering, and excellent delivery by a pleasant and helpful courier delivery person . However, the concrete flat backed Ballustrade's I ordered have significant areas of chipped off concrete here and there and will need to be patched with mortar before painting. The odd one was also not straight but visibly slightly curved. Return was not feasible because of the very large distance they were delivered to our home with the extreme cost of delivery far out weighing the cost of the products. Each Ballustrade panel are considered more easily damageable than compared to solid gravel boards. I don't know if they were loaded knowingly already chipped or were damaged in courier transit. Therefore I cannot fault the company.”

“All service good delivery in time but one thing could be change wich is delivery price is ridiculously to much most companies charge 30 or 50 £ some even free but your charges over 100 I think is too much.”

Morning, thank you for leaving us a great review. We are based in Preston, Lancashire and this delivery was approx. 185 miles from our one depot in Preston. Therefore there have to be delivery costs to tie in with costs of diesel and drivers wages etc. However, we like to think our products are a lot cheaper than other builders merchants and that outweighs the costs of delivery.

“I found WF to be a very professional company from the order placement to delivery. I called them to change my order on occasions without question and was impressed with their ability to adjust the order without hesitation or fault. I did feel the delivery was excessive though, for that reason four out of five stars.”

“Cheapest around and they do the job I find it’s best to buy cheap and treat them a good quality preservation coating and they will last and look good. Do not use water based rubbish on them”

“Easy to order, delivery was on time and fencing is good quality so I recommend My only jiggle was that the panels were caked in loose sawdust. Shows they were newly made but a quick brush down before delivery would have been good.”

“Fence pannels were fine apart from the fack that the packing frame was nailed to the tops of pannels and they get damage when trying to take nails out. Need to make frame around them with out nailing to pannels”

“Items were delivered in a timely manner, one of the posts was damaged and despite an email sent, they did not respond. After care is rubbish, unfortunately I could not check this post on delivery as it was on bottom of a very heavy load.”

“Good quality fencing well packed for transit. Welch was the only supplier who would deliver panels to match my existing ones but delivery was over £70 for 2 panels plus a gate to an Aberdeenshire postcode & the courier failed to deliver on the date they had notified.”
