“Great choice of heights/lengths of concrete boards and posts, not offered elsewhere. Delivered as promised, but delivery charge at almost £200 seemed very high.”

“Great website, easy to choose what you want and the site tells you what sizes you need for posts etc. great communication via email. The only fly in the ointment was their delivery driver. Arrived at 7.30am. Was grumpy. Told me he needed 2 cars moving, I moved mine but didn’t know who the other belonged to. When I asked if he was ok to deliver it as I could only move my car he ignored me and walked off. Fence is great quality and looks lovely”

“searched hard to find one particular panel after a storm, eventually found it with Welch Fencing, it was annoying that the reasonable £45 (thereabouts) panel incurred the same amount in courier charges, but we were just glad to have found what we hoped was a match. We had a considerable amount of days waiting for the item and several calls to ask where it was, this i suspect was the couriers failings, but it did eventually arrive all in one piece, no damage and turned out to be a perfect fit.”

“Really good service. Quality products. Only comment would be that I ordered a size smaller cut down panel and they don't supply the other part of the panel, which on this case was substantial. Other than that they are great.”

“Great quality fencing for a good price. Check with them as some panels maybe designed to be installed using slotted or concrete posts - this isn’t currently mentioned in the product description.”

“I was fairly satisfied with this product but I was a bit disappointed in the quality. This may have had something to do with the good price. I thought some of the finish on the lattice work could have been better, with some splinters and small pieces missing. Over all, pretty good.”

“Easily the best price you'll find if your buying in bulk. However with those price reductions the quality of the concrete can be lacking, such as chipped edges and bubbly / rough finishes in places. The method of transport needs to be examined as where the material is strapped and shipped, you can see minor cracking or marks left. That being said, the main attraction was price, saving me near £1k than going to a local supplier.”

“Good quality of fencing. Some concrete posts & gravel boards were damaged where they were bound together. Perhaps use some protectors. If delivery cost was nearer the £100 mark you would get more business from customers further a field overhaul very good”

“I ordered 6' x2' panels, my order was acknowledged & delivery date agreed. Panels were delivered on time & well packaged for the delivery, If anything a bit to well packaged as large ring shank nails were used to nail lengths of wood to the panels, it took ages to try & remove the nails without damaging the panels. However, I am very pleased with the panels.”
