Easy to order on line, woudl have been a fast efficient service if the courier hadnt let them down by trying to deliver to the wrong address. Speaking to customer service on this matter, they were very professional and helpful.

Had difficulty getting a password reset to work, so I had used the chat facility but got no reply. I tried to reset my password again later in the day with no joy so tried the chat facility again which worked this time and I got the help I needed. I was also surprised at the price increase for the same product I had purchased 2 years ago.

As for the price increases, unfortunately, all our manufacturers have had multiple price increases both in 2022 and 2021, instead of the usual annual increase. We try to ensure our prices remain fair for the customer by offering a competitive price against competitors, but unfortunately with rising costs, we need to price our products appropriately. Firstly we apologise you have found it difficult to register an account on our website. You can checkout as a guest and choose to sign up later. Usually, this would involve resetting your password later to create your account. We would be more than happy to talk to you on the phone to help you further with this if you like. As per Frontline Safety's operations, customers receive a VAT invoice for their order once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. Our despatch times for standard delivery is 3-5 days. Therefore, you will receive your VAT invoice once your goods have been dispatched. Thank you for using Frontline Safety, and we hope to see you back with us in the future! - Callum

The product seems to be good after 24 hrs use, although it might be too soon to tell. Ordering was fine. The delivery driver dumped the item on the ground outside our back door.
