“Ordered Draeger smoke tubes, needed quick delivery, cost £20 for express delivery, which could have quite easily beensent for less than half the price. packed in an unecesarily large box!”

Hi Wayne, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Our express delivery charge is a blanket charge on the website £21.50 regardless of the box size. It is based on our internal processing of the order and allows it to be processed quicker than standard delivery, also considering the express charge we receive from our courier. Regarding the size of the box, we have had previous issues with smaller boxes being damaged, and due to the nature of the product inside, we aim to ensure they arrive intact for our customers. We package our Drager tubes back out in the box we receive from the manufacturer. I can see the order was dispatched on the 12th and arrived on the 13th, so I apologise that you found the express charge expensive. However, it isn't related to the box size when purchasing from our website. Thanks Callum

“Postage cost was more than the item cost. Unbelievable that a plug and cable would cost £25 to send to Northern Ireland. Total rip off!”

Hi Vincent, our delivery change to Ireland/Northern Ireland is based on the fee we are charged from our courier. We apologise you have found this expensive but unfortunately it is the cost we receive from the courier. Thanks for shopping with us - Callum
