Andrew the fitter was very hard working and was very professional. EYG did not meet the first delivery date and we had to wait for 2hours before somebody called us to tell us that there was a problem with our product. We. did feel sorry for Andrew as he had to fit it on his own as his assistant had called in to say he was not coming in. Other than that it was fairly straight forward.

On delivery failed on the first booking forgot the 7,P's princable, martin phoned me in the after afternoon they were due about 0930hrs, i was unhappy with this Martin and i had words, a little time after we spoke again and he came to realise the customer comes 1st, we rebooked the install date for 2 doors and 2 windows for the following week, the two men arrived (i unfortunately forgotten thier names) they were nice pleasant and helpful, Martin in a way of good will gesture discounted us £100 as we were put out along with other traders following EYG, after all of this i would consider buying from EYG again,,
