“This is definitely the best customer service person I have come across in recent years. I ordered some Lutec lights last week and contacted Electricals4Less enquiring when I would receive delivery? I received an email within minutes advising me. On receiving the goods (which were sent by Lutec direct) I received the incorrect lights. I emailed Electricals4Less and received a phone call from Beata within 10 minutes. I can only say how helpful and understanding she was. We were given the option to return the incorrect lights or receive recompense. I was very impressed with her professional manner and understanding of my situation. Thank you so much.”

Then they transferred a component from another consumer unit to the one I wanted as it was otherwise "out of stock" so they could despatch the same day. They also have very compact metal consumer units, a rare find and perfect for our overcrowded meter cupboard.”
