“I think it's very brave of you to ask for a review! The item I ordered didn't work, then I had to spend hours on the "chat" followed by 2 very long phone calls, (having had to go to Companies House to get a phone number, as there isn't one on the website) to get you to agree to take it back. I understand the customer service agent's task is to persuade the customer to keep the defective product, and save you money, but when the item is not working there should not be so much resistance to taking it back. I don't recommend this company.”

“The model I bought was different to the one I have been using for over 20 years and I should have looked more closely at the specification. I would have preferred a door which simply opened without using a button - which seems to nee two hands as the machine slides about. The power control has five steps but does not 'click' so settings can be variable and I would have preferred to keep to just 4 power steps. None of these details become apparent until the machine has been purchased. Neither I am impressed with the instruction manual - one of the worst I have seen as if has no cooking instructions that ae relevant to me. Again, the 800 watt Sharp that I have been using for 25 years was much better. I was foolish not to stay with the same manufacturer.”

“Air fryer very good not happy with Yodel deviveries took a lot of emails to sort my delivery out They made the escuse wrong post code but the girl from Yodel office quoted theright one”

“Ordered microwave kettle and toaster I returned the microwave didn’t heat anything properly. The kettle is noisy the toaster doesn’t toast properly waste of money would not recommend”

“The fire came fully assembled. Easy to follow usage instruction. Good quality. Ellements heat up quickly. 3 heated our large room quickly, we turned to two elements and then down to one bar to maintain the heat. The swivel function worked well. But we didn't use it as the room had a nice glow without it.”
