“Update: Replacement bread bin delivered with no damage. Packaged better than previous ones received. Could be made with a thicker metal which would probably reduce risk of damage in transit. Happy with this for the price paid. Ordered a Callisto bread bin. For the second time (first time through another retailer but shipped from the suppliers) it was received damaged. Poor packaging for courier delivery. No protection from thin cardboard box. On the plus side Daewoo were very quick to respond and send out a replacement. Hopefully 3rd time lucky as it is yet to arrive.”

“Glass kettle very poor standard, lid doesn’t fit properly so makes water pour from spout in all directions making it dangerous.”

“Microwave arrived and was unfortunately faulty, we contacted Daewoo and they sent a courier to collect. Once they collected a replacement was sent out, which arrived within 2 days of returning. Brilliant service!”
