“I expected the budget vacuum cleaner I purchased not to be brilliant quality, however it broke after being used just a couple of times. After getting in touch with Customer Services I was promptly posted a replacement part free of charge. To be honest, in the 30 years I’ve been using vacuum cleaners, this is definitely the worst for several reasons. Sorry for the mostly negative review but it’s my honest opinion.”
