The carrier - Yodel - claimed over several days that our parcels had not been received from Daewoo Electricals but it turned out that they had been shipped the day after the order was placed and had vanished.Once staff at Daewoo Electricals understood the problem, action was swift. Three replacement appliances were packed and sent via DPD's completely reliable service. A 250 miles delivery, 23 hours after reporting our issue, we were using all three appliances in our kitchen. Supplying a second time and using a premium carrier service must have left Daewoo with a total loss in this case but they took it on the chin, acting immediately. No company could have given better service or acted more honorably. Accordingly, we recommend the Company without hesitation or reservation.

The customer service was exemplary. My concerns were received on a Monday and on Saturday a re-placement air fryer was delivered. I must say I was really surprised. Admittedly, I had provided all the evidence of my purchase and as it was registered, it was under guarantee. I dont think that any other firm has given me such good service. My emails were answered promptly and politely. Thank you Daewoo.

Very nice oven. Not easy to use without a recipe book as this is my first air fryer. Bad idea not to include one.

I did not receive a manual for my airfryer,I had a very prompt response,but it's a bit small to read so they are posting me one .I am very impressed with the service Daewoo's provided .well done
