“I ordered my bed and it was delivered within 7 - 10 days which I find amazing considering I'm in Nortern Ireland. The delivery driver kept me updated to when the bed would be delivered to me. Courier was friendly and brought all the packages into the house for me.”

“Overall it’s a great bed that adds style and luxury to your room without paying a fortune. My only criticism is that I don’t like the metal dots on the sides of headboard and footboard.”

“Can't praise this company enough! Ordered a bed from another company was let down as delivery didn not turn up. After the panic and disappoint with the other company, we found Crafted Beds, after reading a few of their reviews we were convinced we were going to choose Crafted Beds. We contacted the company via telephone, and told them the situation of no bed and been let down. The chap on the phone was really helpful and adviced they will try their best to prioritise our order in production and delivery. We were adviced to email crafted beds with the detiails such as the bed and delivery address so they check with the production and delivery team on how soon they can deliver. I emailed all the details and got a response under and hour stating they have already contacted the production team and are checking how soon they can deliver. After a couple of hours we got an update saying they can make and deliver within 3 days. Was really impressed with the priority, we felt like someone really cared. We agreed and placed an order, a day before delivery we got an email with a 4 hour time slot also stating the courier driver will call when 30 minutes away. When the bed arrived driver was friendly and the bed was well packaged. We assembled the bed straight away and was exactly how it looked on the website. The bed is really good quality and made using good quality fabric. Really happy and thank you Crafted Beds for prioriting us and arranging a bed on such short notice. This company deserves 11 out of 10 and anyone who has been without a bed will reaslise the struggle. Thank you everyone from Crafted team from admin production and delivery team x”

“Have been looking for a single ottoman bed for a while. Came across crafted beds and although I thought it was a bit pricey I am so pleased we used them. The bed is beautiful and well worth the money. It was delivered quickly, I paid for them to build it, which was done in 15 mins. Would definitely recommend them.”

“I dont usually go through the trouble of leaving reviews very often, however on this occasion i feel it would be criminal if i didn't. After selecting my ideal bed and choosing the fabric and design i was amazed at how quickly the bed was manufactured and delivered. The service and communication throught out the whole process was second to none. Lastly i have to say that the quality and finish on my bed is absolutely superb, you can tell it has been crafted by a very skilled and qualified personnel. Overall if you are in the market for a new bed then these are the guys you need to get in touch with.”
