“Placed order on 16/01 - order confirmation says standard delivery 2-3 working days, which should have been delivered on Thursday in this case. It’s now Friday 20/01 and neither did I receive the parcel nor a confirmation of dispatch. I will wait until Tuesday and if order still not received, I will take further action against this company.”

Hello, I'm so sorry to hear your order has not yet arrived. Having checked the EVRI tracking I can see it is due to be delivered today between 16.30 and 18.30. As it was ordered on Monday and dispatched on Tuesday I would have expected it to arrive by Friday, so it is disappointing you've had to wait until Monday. As a small business customer service is very important to us and I'm sorry the delivery as taken a day or two longer than usual. We trust your package will arrive later today. Best

Hello Paul, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. As a small business we try to be as responsive as we can and appreciate customers are keen to get their orders as quickly as possible. Your order was placed and dispatched on Thursday afternoon. Your email was send on Friday after close of business. I hope you can appreciate it's not possible for any business to commit to respond to emails 24/7, however we have replied today, Sunday. All our dispatches notices usually contain the tracking number. However we have just switched providers to ensure we can maintain deliveries during this challenge time of Royal Mail disputes which is impacting deliveries UK-wide. The new automated tracking references will be up and running in a few days and n the interim they are being added manually. I trust your package will be with you shortly.

“Super customer service via the IG page, dispatch and delivery was practically within 2 days and continuously updated personally. The actual product was great value for money, quite unique and also had a promo code which was found easily online. Very pleased and would definitely order from here again. Added to that, the sustainable nature of their products is fantastic.”
