“Very difficult to navigate. Difficult to start a return. When submiting a ticket is unclear whether they will reply by email or somewhere in your account. No email confirmantion or guidelines on how long would a response take. Can't contact sellers directly either, as I would have rather discussed the return before proceeding as some elements remain unclear to me.”
