“As of today, I am yet to receive my parcel. The Evri is the worst when fulfilling customer orders. Despite several communications with their non-existent customer service, I could not get my par El to be delivered. I cannot review a product I have not received.”

Dear Alfa, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to see your comments. We have sent you an email with the EVRI tracking delivery notice (with photos) which shows it was handed to your neighbour on 7th March. The only email we appear to have from you we responded to within 2 hours so we'd be keen to understand how we can help further. Please do respond to our email so we can resolve this satisfactorily.
