Dear Valentins We were very sorry to hear your package was delayed in transit. That's really frustrated when you're waiting for a product. As you know from the product tracking we ship the next day but unfortunately it appears your parcel was mislaid by the couriers in transit. We dispatched another package and I'm pleased it arrived safely. As a small business customer service is so important to us and I'm sorry the courier service impacted your views of us. They really enable their customers to buy responsibly and have access to a huge range of stylish and top quality products which aren’t available anywhere else. I am always impressed by the quality, the service and how quickly I receive my orders. There’s always something new, as well as all the favourite items I keep coming back for.”
