“the ordering process was very easy. the website was clear on how to measure the different areas of my arm and hand to ensure the gloves fit like...well, a glove. and they do! my order was delivered just a few days later and the hand-written note was a lovely touch to the impressive box the gloves arrived in. would recommend ordering with Cornelia James for anyone looking for custom gloves.”

“I'm beyond happy with my purchase. I've been looking to minimize sun damage to my hands and still wanted to look a bit put together and these gloves are perfect for it. They're so well made and the fit was spot on. Shipping was quick and the packaging was spectacular. These gloves won't be my last pair from Cornelia James.”

“I have recently ordered and received a parchment, Georgina, |Sueded Cotton Day Gloves. I love them, as they reminded me of my memory of Granny's Sunday gloves, a pair each of black and white. She was born in 1892 and was in her 60s when I was born in 1954. I have a pair of her black sueded gloves, but they are very small, but treasured. My parchment sueded gloves in size eight and a half feel heavy and a bit snug, but lovely. Thank you for your excellent craftmanship! Rhonda Terry Thorson”

“So unfortunately I had to return my gloves to Cornelia James as the shade wasn’t quite right for my dress. I still felt compelled to leave a review because the customer service has just been fantastic! They’re to help along every step of the way with efficient friendly replies. The gloves were truly stunning and presentation felt luxurious. I will absolutely be purchasing some Christmas presents for family when the time comes. Highly recommend”

“The level of customer service was exceptional! Zoe was amazing! I ordered the wrong size initially, but Zoe came to my rescue. Zoe was very responsive and beyond helpful! I added a couple of modifications (length of the overall glove, tighter around the arm) and the gloves turned out absolutely perfect. I never knew gloves could be fit so well—I’m in bliss! My wedding styling is complete with these gorgeous gloves.”

“The package arrived quickly, within a week, which is great for an overseas order. However, I was mistakenly shipped someone else's order as well, and I'm having difficulty getting it back to you via your shipping service. I've spoken with customer service about it; there must be an easier way.”

“From start to finish, ordering from Cornelia James is a pleasant experience. The communication is excellent and I always know when my order will be received. Cornelia James gloves are my "go to" gift because everyone adores receiving them. The packaging makes it clear that something special is in the box. And then when the box is opened the gloves are so beautiful. Of course, I have several pairs of Cornelia James gloves for myself and I love wearing them.”
