“I ordered swatches, says postage will be instantly reimbursed as store credit but am having trouble figuring out how that works. Love the website format, although shame not all products are shown worn, so hard to picture, some photos associated with products "as seen in" are too tiny to see.”

Hi Harry, So sorry that the gloves aren't quite right for you. We think there has been a misunderstanding here, the glove you ordered is a 16" glove and you entered an upper arm fit of 12". This measurement is the circumference of your arm, where the glove ends, not the glove length. If you'd like us to make the glove shorter, we're more than happy to! “The website was fantastic - just the right appeal and very clear measurements. The gloves are just amazing - as I have a BMW, the black and white are a fun surprise with the gloves and match part of the car's logo. As a bonus, in the HOT Tampa sun, they prevent my hands from being burned on the steering wheel”
