“Excellent experience overall. I ordered these gloves for my wedding after trying several other pairs, and they are completely gorgeous. The customer service was excellent I did a style consultation with Genevieve that was easy to schedule and very helpful. The size I initially ordered wasn't quite right, and they immediately sent me new ones in the correct size before I even returned the old ones, which was very much appreciated because I was getting close to the deadline for my wedding. There were a few delays in communication, I think because of the time difference (I'm in the US) but in general they were easy to get ahold of via WhatsApp or email.”

“My items arrived without the glove bags. Ready placement were promised and never cam. My return took a very long time to go through. I had to reach out to my credit card company to facilitate the return.”

“The gloves were pretty, but they were barely over my elbow and I am 5’2” and have shorter than average arms. They will not stay up and with one movement of arm they fall down around my forearm. I will have expected them to have something at the top to help them cling to the arm.”
