“I was told in an email that the gloves I ordered were no longer available but that the light ivory gloves matched ivory dresses much better. So I went through with the order— the gloves look white and I can’t wear them with my dress. I wish I would have just cancelled the order or been offered a sample or swatch before going through with the replacement.”

“The gloves are excellent quality, the customer service is extremely poor. I ordered gloves on August 6th and paid for one day shipping. They arrived on August 11th, after the event for which I had ordered them. I contacted customer service, asking only for the cost between expedited and regular shipping to be refunded. I was promptly refused, and my follow up emails (including screenshots from their website stating that the gloves should have arrived within two days to my location) were entirely ignored. I hope that extra few dollars they kept for shipping was worth losing a repeat customer.”

“Amazing, I love love love my gloves. I decided to get them pretty last minute, and the expedited shipping was very fast. I was able to get swatches of fabric to see which color matched my dress best, and the money spent on those swatches was turned into store credit which I loved! I genuinely got them 3 days after I ordered them, and the quality was stunning and you’d never know they were made so quickly. Gorgeous gloves and as someone with long fingers and thin hands and arms, it was nice to be able to customize the measurements so exactly. They fit perfectly and I never want to take them off!”

“Cornelia James was fantastic! I ordered gloves for my wedding (I am in the US) and I ordered the wrong color twice! My dress is a slightly off-white and it's hard to tell when shopping online sometimes. Cornelia James helped me so much with color selection and they were so easy to work with. Each new pair arrived quickly and it was no hassle to return my mistakes. Each pair of gloves were so well made and fit beautifully. They were also quick to reply if I had any questions on sizing. Great experience overall!”

“My overall experience was excellent and I was delighted with these gloves. Although I didn't use the glove fitting consultation service (due to needing to buy the gloves with limited time before the event), I thought this was a great service to offer. I've never worn dress gloves before but the experience I had and the helpful staff who answered my questions meant that I would consider buying from here again. Despite the cost being higher than I'd usually pay for accessories, I thought these were worth the money.”

“Awful, awful company. Ordered ivory gloves and after a delay, they sent me white gloves. Contacted the company and sent a picture, and they didn't even apologise, and tried to gaslight me into believing they are actually ivory. (They were pure, stark white) As if I don't know what ivory is. They then decided without even agreeing with me, to send me swatches of fabric instead of actually replacing the item, and sending me the item I ordered. After more phone calls, they said will send me out the replacement. Didn't hear anything back. Contacted them again and they said I need to send it back first. Really poor customer service, and very unhelpful people. The lady on the phone is very unhelpful, and doesn't seem to have a clue about anything. I haven't received my gloves yet, and will have to get legal advice if I don't receive the item I paid for. Really poor given the price you're paying and they seem like a very crooked company, don't recommend this company at all.”
