“The gloves are beautiful and of very high quality. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, reached out as soon as I realized my mistake and heard back right away from a rep - they were able to change my order before it shipped without any issue. Gloves arrived beautifully wrapped. There are a lot of misleading businesses on Instagram/FB advertising "quality" "hand-crafted" clothing or accessories like this that end up being cheaply made products from China - this is not one of them. Cornelia James is legit and I feel like a duchess in my new gloves.”

“Not a criticism more an observation: gloves come through the post for my partner (birthday) with company logo on outside. Mmmm… bit of giveaway if I’m not there to intercept. All good othervise.”

“These gloves were ordered as a surprise gift for my wife. We were attending a fundraising gala with an Old Hollywood theme and a Bridgerton Experience event later on in the month. Given that CJ is a supplier for Bridgerton, I thought my wife would like to have a pair of gloves to wear to the event from the supplier as well. The ordering process was easy and I was able to supply the needed measurements on the web page. They kept me up to date on the order and the shipment.”

“What should have been an enjoyable experience unfortunately wasn't. I paid £15 for an express delivery and the whole thing turned into a source of stress as UPS failed to deliver on time. Cornelia James told me that they were "probably catching up after Black Friday". Not really a response and the £15 should at least have been refunded. I can't say I look at the gloves with pleasure.”
