“Very easy to use website when ordering. Felt like good, old-fashioned service from beginning to end. Loved the personal touches like knowing the name of the person who made the gloves. Beautifully presented in lovely boxes and bags to keep the gloves in. Dearer than I would normally pay for gloves but well worth the money. Many thanks to all concerned.”

“I haven’t yet worn my gloves, but have tried them on. They fit perfectly and are quite simply beautiful. The order process was uncomplicated and the customer support staff was extremely helpful. My gloves were delivered to the US within a week from order to receipt. Thank you!”

“My overall experience was excellent. Zoe assisted with my order and after communicating that it appeared to be delayed was superb in following up and communicating promptly to make sure I received it in time before traveling to relatives a few days before Christmas. The gloves were a present for a cancer patient who had always wanted a pair of your gloves. Because of Zoe and Cornelia James her Christmas was memorable and brought a touch of joy in an otherwise difficult year. Thank you!”
