“Fantastic. I ordered the wrong colour. And the assistance from Zoe was fabulous. Now got the correct colour and they arrived today and are amazing. Love the detail with the packaging and right down to the name of the staff member who made the gloves. Right royal service all around.”

“Gave these to daughter for Xmas present. They had a hole in them. It's been a nightmare to send them back (I'm in the US). Very embarrassing and I'm very disappointed. I expected much better.”

Dear Joan, You're completely right, the gloves should certainly not have been sent out this way, we do not know how they escaped the attention of our quality control team. A big mistake on our part, and one from which we shall learn. Sincere apologies. Your replacement is currently being made and will be shipped out today but we do understand that the replacement should have been sent sooner. We do hope that you can use the DHL label- If you call them, they should collect from you. Best wishes, Cornelia James
