“Incredible customer service. I live in America and wanted to buy gloves for my wedding. I had a very pleasant experience at both of my virtual appointments. They helped me with sizing and choosing the right glove for me. When the gloves arrived, the thumb was too big. Cornelia James shipped the gloves back to their store, free of charge. They received the gloves, altered them, and shipped them back all in one day. They did not charge me any shipping fees or alteration fees. They were in constant communication with me about the fit and ensured me that the gloves would arrive in time for my wedding (This occurred within a couple weeks of my wedding and I needed time for international shipping). I cannot recommend this company enough. The gloves were absolutely perfect, made with excellent quality. I cannot wait to wear them for my wedding next week :)”
