“I wiil contact you in the new year. It is a present for my friend who is with her daughter down in Woking. “I did not receive my parcel because DHL screwed up. It looks like their driver stole the gift as I asked it to be non signed and delivered at my office while I was away. What a disgrace, it was a Xmas gift for my loved one.”

“Truely the worst customer service I‘ve ever experienced. At first CJ sent me only one gloves out of two, which were in the order. They failed to send the second one with express, so I didn’t receive them before I depart to my winter holiday (though I’ve explained the urgency several times to the employees). No apologies were made. Furthermore, when I asked for the return of the first gloves, I was asked to pay for a return label!!! Honestly??? This is a service of a high end shop? Zara treats its customers better. Never ever again! I want to buy a good gloves on time and not purchasing return labels. Very sad experience.”
