“This was such a refreshing and positive shopping experience. The virtual appointment was incredibly helpful. And the shipping speed from the UK to US was amazing. I bought opera gloves to wear with my mother-of-the-groom gown. They added such an elegant touch and I received compliments on them all evening. “You will only experience the true nature of this cowboy business unless you ask for an exchange or a refund. I bought a pair of gloves but they were too big although I did like them. The gloves didn't come with an invoice or a return lable so I went onto the webiste. This didn't allow me to recover any information so I rang the number on the website saying they open a 9am. No answer for days. Eventually I got through to a lovley lady in Italy who helped me although she stuggled herself to get the return lable and my invoice so I could return the gloves. This took 40 minutes. I didn't opt for the exchaage because they wanted me to pay postage again. By now I was starting to feel suspicious to say the least so I tracked my parcel with Royal Mail in order to get my refund. I didn't get the usual email confirming it's receipt by the company so I had to start ringing again - no answer!! Hours again trying to get through. Eventually Andrew answered who is supposed to be the Manager?? He confirmed that the gloves had been received and that my refund had been processed 1/12 hours earlier. He also said I would send me an email with a discount code so I could purshase the correct size of glove to cover the cost of all the postage. Guess what? No refund and no email. On the phone again for hours with no answer...........phew this is an exhausting company to have to deal with ladies and gentlemen, I hope you have losts of free time to deal with all of this. Eventually the nice lady in Italy answers the phone, sends me the email with the discount code and an email saying my refund had just been sent. Hang on...it had just been sent the day before?? Keep checking with your bank. Several calls to my bank and like any bank 40 mins waiting in a que. No sign of the money. Another day and I have just checked my account and no refund. They DO NOT want to give you your money back, maybe they have problems? I don't know. But what I do know is that they lie. Today I am reporting them to Trading Standards to get back my money back and I stongly recommend you avoid purchasing from them unless you are prepared to take the risk of returning your goods and losing your money. They are charlatans.”
