“Very poor. Gloves were tried in once, for less than 5 minutes. Decided to by a different (more expensive) pair so sent for a refund, was told they were damaged and unsellable. Either they were damaged once they arrived back, were sold in this condition in the first place, or must be entirely unfit for wearing as it is absolutely impossible that any decently made glove would be damaged to this extent after only a couple of minutes.”

“Very good - ordering online is always difficult for me however Cornelia James immediately replaced the wrong sized gloves for a smaller size, and although these were still not the perfect size they were perfectly fine and looked great”

“From the moment my order was placed to checking on my satisfaction communication was excellent! Shipping was great! The gloves were tenderly wrapped and placed in a gift box that was a delight to receive BUT the gloves are absolutely exquisite!!! Soft, pliable, class! Just as driving gloves should be. Lovely!”

“I can't say enough about the my new gloves and the Cornelia James team! I had a last minute bridal glove emergency and the Cornelia James team was able to guide me through the measurement process, custom make my bridal gloves, and get them in the mail in a single day. When the gloves arrived, they were PERFECT - elegant, luxurious, and with a perfect fit. The team really saved the day. I would highly recommend this company and their products.”
