“The gloves are great and fit perfectly, but the customer service is quite slow and negligent with replying. For instance, I was asking regarding an availability of a product, and I received an email saying that on Monday of October 24 I would be informed regarding the availability of that particular item, but I still have not received any news, and I doubt that I ever will… Also an update about my order was not even there until I asked myself where my gloves were. All in all, the customer service is quite disappointing.”

“The lace gloves are beautiful. I hesitated ordering for weeks because I doubted my ability to measure properly, but I followed the instructions and they fit perfectly. Shipping was fast and the presentation and personalized note was really special. An experience I will absolutely repeat.”

Have a friend help) LUCKILY, the amazingly helpful team at Cornelia James quickly scheduled a virtual consultation, assisted me in remeasuring, and shipped the new gloves promptly.
