“The gloves were excellent, the grey colour is soft, like the material. I added the touchscreen and the monogram for fun. Delivery was great, I was told almost immediately when to expect the shipping as they were busy for the Christmas season. The only thing is, I thought I had selected a shorter index measurement but it didn't save into the order, so the glove came too long for my fingers. But, maybe that was a user error, I will pay attention the next time. Regardless, I will enjoy this pair for a long time.”

“I ordered two pairs of the wonderful Marie gloves. It was exciting to think that in the UK I could actually buy a size 6 which doesn't exist in USA. Both pairs were marked as size 6 but only one really fit like that size. The other was way too large and today I spent $30 for international shipping to return it. I won't order again from these folks until they can guarantee that the sizes are as marked.”

“The order was late. Each pair of gloves fit differently. I’ve ordered several different styles : cashmere, grace cotton, Penelope, ballerina tulle cuff and even within the different colors fit differently. The satin material catches easily so be careful. Wouldn’t recommend it if you are required to shake hands with people. The service isn’t great - when I tried to have them fitted properly the advice I was given - the gloves i ended up buying didn’t fit. I tried to return and the system doesn’t allow you to return separately. Once you’ve requested a return on one item and if you change your mind and want to return a second item the system won’t allow you to. The WhatsApp response team isn’t helpful - keep giving me standardised remarks rather than just helping me solve the issue from their home system. The gloves look beautiful, packaged beautifully but fit is a challenge, customer service is a challenge, and for the price, the fit is awful.”

“Exceptional customer service - my gloves had a bit of a delay anticipated and I was advised promptly. I was given a new ETA but if that was beyond my needs I could ask for an expedited handling. I was happy to wait and the shipment arrived perfectly timed to the new date. Perfection!”
