“Having been recommended clean slate via step change, I have found them very efficient. Literally within minutes of reaching out Ed made contact with myself. He was understanding of the pressure of the situation and in no way judgemental towards me. It can be tough having people look at things like your bank statement but again I was no way discriminated or made to feel bad about my situation. Ed always kept in contact via text and made arrangements for calls that worked arround my ever changing work schedule. The different options where clearly explained to me and I’m aware I can reach out at anytime with any questions I may have. If you are wondering if this is the route for you to go down, I would recommend just giving them a call and seeing how friendly they are. There was no pressure to pick a specific solution either. This company seemed like they genuinely wanted to help.”
