“Cleanslate helped me in 2021 and the solution best for my circumstances which was Bankruptcy. Although this took a lot of stress off my shoulders etc I wish I hadn’t went down this root and came up with a better way forward. Have doing the bankruptcy I feel trapped with what I can spend and it not as easy to simply decorate your flat etc you have to prove every single thing in what you spend, it also holds you back in what you can earn as any surplus incomes have to paid to the Interpath trustee etc. I still have just under 3 years to constantly justify my spending habits and so on which feels like a life sentence. But the deed is done. The process with clean slate was great friendly etc but once Interpath becomes the trustee it’s just not the same and too formal!”
