“I got into contact with Cleanslate over a weekend to get advice and was contacted by Holly Crawford first thing the following Monday. Holly was absolutely brilliant and was able to set up a plan for going forward by the Wednesday. This was something I was really embarrassed about and had been ignoring for a while, so being greeted by Holly at the other end of the phone made things much, much easier for me. “Chris at clean-slate was excellent, like everyone I guess these things can be very stressful and can come with a loss of hope, that’s what I was expecting……..Chris made me feel at ease and was extremely helpful throughout this process……..I actually came of the call knowing it was the right thing for me moving forward…….. I can’t thank Chris enough only to say from a customer service point of view, I don’t think you get much better than this……….. I feel relieved and I guess more hopeful for the future, that is directly because of Chris and the time and care he took with me during this process……….. “With the cost of living increasing, I turned more to credit cards for my day to day spending, which got a little bit out of hand, and I ended up owing more than I could afford. “I was in a hole financially and didn’t know what to do. I had spent the day phoning different places who were suggesting all different types of solutions but it was all so overwhelming and confusing. After almost giving up I went on to Cleanslate’s website quite late in the day and I was phoned straight away by one of the financial advisors Callum. Callum was so amazing. I was put at ease instantly and he really broke it down for me and once I spoke to him everything seemed very simple and clear. I am now in a position where I can pay my debt without worrying and being completely out of pocket every month. I can’t thank Callum and the whole Cleanslate team for their help and how they’ve assisted me through this process. I highly highly recommend these guys and can’t thank them enough for their advice and assistance.”
