“I ordered, paid for & had confirmed Withington Nguni Wine. Now the box is opened, I see the keyword Nguni is omitted, though there is mention of the cattle in the blurb on the bottle. This is profoundly unsatisfactory, as I was buying the wine specifically on the basis of that name. My order & your confirmation read as follows:
