“as usual excellant help from campbells. due to circumstances not used them this year but the lady checked to see if i still had account and family delivery address. my nephew was highly delighted and could not wait to tuck into the scotch pies.keep up the brilliant work. cannot fill in the delivery questions it was delivered to a different part of the country.”

“With an excellent range of products, the ordering process was straightforward. After selecting a delivery date (the order was a gift), not only did the delivery get delayed by 24hrs, there was no communication from Campbells to inform me of the delay or offer an explaination for the delay (until I contacted them, buit still no explaination). When the order was finally delivered there was a missing item, Campbells had ample opportunity to contact me to inform me of the unavailability of the item and offer an alternative or refund - yet no contact was made and I am still waiting for them to refund the cost of the missing item. I'm afraid a printed note in with the order suggesting credit off a future order really isn't my idea of good customer service - especially when I had made it clear in my communication that this was a gift.”

“As a Scot now residing in Cheshire I can say the Scotch pies are absolutely delicious and exactly as I remember from Johnson’s bakery in Thurso. Very minor quibble is the fragility of the casings in transport, but to be fair that was pre-warned on the website. If you can sort that somehow it would be 5 stars 🌟”
