“Love Campbells Prime Meat for butcher meat. I order online and have never had any issues placing an order. Their products are high standard and always arrive well-packed, in insulated boxes with ice packs. My only issue is with DPD who make the deliveries, just dumping the box on the front door step in full view of the street, then leaving without waiting to see if I'm actually at home, or not. I have a safe space registered with DPD, but the drivers ignore the instructions. This, however, is not the fault of Campbells.”

“Scotch Pies were a bit leaky but everything else was perfect. Arrived in good condition despite the delivery driver dumping the box on its side on my door mat and walking off. He did not knock or ring door bell so box sat there for quite a while before I knew it was there. Box could have been stolen or contents spoilt if left out there overnight. I think Campbells need to review the delivery company. Box clearly states it's meat.”

“First time ordering with Campbell's, 12 Scotch Pies, were very good, but smaller than normal size. Items were well packed, delivery was somewhat slow, but that is down to the courier, all in all, very happy and will be ordering again.”

“So far very happy with product and packaging but extremely disappointing by the delivery agents who did NOT contact pre delivery on whose web site it was still not out for delivery after 3 . On contacting Campbell’s the info on delivery time was not available. Then delivered minutes later? Why no tracking?”

“Ordering and delivery excellent, I have chopped the shin of beef into chunks, and it is now marinating in Guinness for 24 hours. I will cook it tomorrow, and the next day make steak and ale pies for a dinner party on Saturday. I am well known for my pies so hope that they will be just as good with your product.”
