“This is my 3rd time of using you and our first two orders the fish was very good We have now done a third order with some meat which hope will be as good .Unfortunately I couldn't get the hang of your freebies must try harder as I'm loosing out on a good incentive .Top marks for the fish x”

“The ice packs had melted somewhat, and these ones are not dry. I ordered 2 boxes of pies, and the boxes were sodden wet. I tried one of the pies, and it tasted soggy. All the pies went in the bin”

“After previous excellent experience, was most dissappointed that the key product underpinning the placement of an order (with 2 weeks notice prior to delivery), was identified to be not available the day before delivery! At least the other items arrived on time and in good condition, but had to get refund for the missing items which were to be the centrepiece of an intended event.”
