“My delivery was not delivered on the day planned due to an unfortunate set of circumstances including major traffic hold ups on the M6 motorway and was only delivered by DPD late the next day around 6 pm. These events were outside the direct control of Campbells . I discovered that the Company has a 48 hour guarantee for safe delivery of this edible product but as the actual delivery was outwith this timescale I wrote a complaint and this was promptly dealt with by Campbells and a refund is on its way. I believe this to be a very good example of prompt customer service.”

“Most of the meat I have purchased from Campbells has been very good quality. However the latest batch of Lorne sausage was not as good as the previous ones. However their service is very good.”

“I used this Company before moving down south 9 years ago so was delighted they offered a U.K. delivery service of which I take full advantage. Unfortunately , in this order, a scotch pie was missing from the box so only received 11 instead of 12 or it would have been 5 stars. The Quality of meat was excellent as always and delivery quick and within the 2 hour slot given. Highly recommend!”

“I purchased the porkchops cocktail sausages chicken fillets Lorne sausage and corn fed chicken also pork shoulder all were very good but my real favourite were the pork chops tender and full of flavour”

“Items arrived in good condition JUST as your nominated carrier DPD left my package at reception instead of delivering to my flat causing a delay and subsequent defrosting such that the box was quitec wet on the inside.”

“Very easy system to use and guests at a wedding really enjoyed the quality of the lamb, only small point was that for a fairly large order the package was just dropped outside our block of flats without anyone ringing the bell. Each box was also really heavy 14kg each could of done with being broken down into smaller packages for home deliveries.”

“I ordered various cuts of lamb.What’s not to like.Delivery was well packaged with cool pads keeping the meat fresh.Particular mention is given to the generously meaty lamb shanks which slow cooked nicely.”

“Efficient service and delivery and good quality products. One suggestion is that fish should be wrapped in twos, we got 10 pieces of fish wrapped together which meant separating and wrapping again. Overall very happy with products and service”
