“To be honest I was a little disappointed in the latest delivery. I don't think the square sausage is as good quality as normal, there appeared to be quite a lot of grissle in it and it was sliced very thickly. The joint of Silverside I ordered looks lovely however I don't feel it is worth the £16 that I paid for it.”

“I was given a one hour slot for my order to be delivered, but it arrived over two hours after the end of this period, with no communication from the courier in the meantime. The order included some steaks and sauces to go with them; the packaging on one of the sauces was damaged and the contents leaked out. It is dificult to see how this damage could have incurred after the order was packed, and I suspect that the product was damaged when it was put in the box. A disappointing experience for my first order.”
